The Webelos had a fun meeting today with six scouts present. They learned some interesting information about the American Flag throughout history. The photo above shows two of our scouts learning the proper procedures for raising and lowering our flag.
Pictured below is one of two surviving copies of the 1814 broadside printing of the Defence of Fort McHenry, a poem that later became the national anthem of the United States.
